Enraged vs Scythe
So I have been running W/D for a bit now, right. I read a whole lot about how the enraged build just does the most damage you can do as a warrior ( ). I gave it a try and I think I have to disagree.
Radiant Scythe
Power Attack
Victorious Sweep
Counterattack
Farmer's Scythe
Body Blow
"I Am The Strongest"
Warrior's Endurance {E}
12 scythe and 16 str
This build does not have an IAS, I know, which means that a lot of peepz are gonna say it equals the suck. It is also not the greatest for doing anything at all without a monk Give it a shot, though, if you are looking for great damage.
I dunno if this has been posted or not in the past but I'm loving it for doing damage while vanquishing.

While the single hit damage of a scythe always looks great, keep in mind that with an IAS the D-Slasher will hit 3 times per your one dealing more damage than you.
Also with the low end of the scythes damage landing even 50% of the time your looking at much lower overal damage vs Sword.
However hitting multiple foes is nice and can be very effective with a Rit casting [splinter weapon] on you constantly.

Sorry I didn't get back to this for so long. Anyways, I've used a d-slash build a whole bunch. I tested them against eachother on some dummies and I gotta give it to the scythe on this one. Trust me, with my sword collection I love running swords, but this is just higher output.
Test it.
And yeah, that enraged thing is a joke compared to both.

Too many attack skills, not enough IAS.
Radiant Scythe is stupid IMO, as is Farmer's Scythe.
If you want to use a Scythe... I'd suggest using a W/D Steady Stance Scytheman.

Well if you're hitting 3 targets of course it's going to do more damage. Judging on damage alone, as you are, then Godmode builds aren't going to win, Triple Chop/Splinter Weapon Axe builds will do much better. However, once you add in utility such as being able to keep a foe knocked down indefinately and maintaing +100AL on all allies, Godmode becomes useful for more than its damage.
